Change highlight colour in Sublime Text 3?

Firstly, Sublime should automatically apply it to a file with a .gpscript extension. Secondly, it should be listed as 'GP Script'.

All I'm looking for is to be able to highlight a text like we normally highlight text with yellow in Mircrosoft Word. This feature is available in Notpad++.
